The Manx national side finished third in the Umbro Quadrangular tournament on Saturday after drawing their final game 1-1 with hosts Northern Ireland.
Chris Bass Jr gave Kevin Manning's men an early advantage before an own goal meant the points were shared.
Manning said: "All in all we can be happy with our performances throughout the competition."
The round robin tournament was won by the Scotland Amateur FA side after they recorded two wins and a draw.
St Mary's goalkeeper Max Thomas was handed his debut after Mark Blair was injured during the incident which led to the own goal.
Manning continued: "Max was thrown in at the deep end but pulled off two or three fantastic saves.
"We leave the tournament feeling like we could have won all three matches."
The Manx side drew 2-2 with Scotland and lost 1-0 to the Republic of Ireland.
