Vance said the NLS was the island's biggest game in years
A 19-man squad has been named for Guernsey for both the National League System Cup final and the Muratti final.
Tony Vance has named captain Matt Warren and Darren Martin, who have both been out with injuries.
Vance said all the focus was on the NLS final on 1 May against either Liverpool County Premier League or The Yorkshire Old Boys League.
A week later they face old rivals Jersey in the inter-insular Muratti final at Springfield Stadium.
Vance paid tribute to the work of Sam Cochrane as interim captain and said they need Warren fully fit.
The NLS Cup winners face the Football Association in Europe and Vance said: "If I'm honest I'm not thinking about the Muratti at all.
"This is the biggest game that has happened in Guernsey for a long, long time and all our preparation and attention is on that game at the moment.
"Once that game is out of the way then of course our priority switches and we'll be 100% focussed on bearing Jersey, but right now this game is the most important for us."
Vance threw his support behind moves by islanders to get as big a crowd as possible to the match on 1 May.
He said: "The crowd was fantastic in the semi-final and if we can get people down there and get a good atmosphere then that really helps us."
