Jersey beat Alderney 3-0 at the Arsenal ground to set up a final tie with Guernsey in May.
The away side were two goals up within 20 minutes, with Ross Crick running on to a clearance to fire Jersey ahead.
Marc Lucas made it two with a header, and Crick added his second and clinched the game for Jersey after 75 minutes.
But Alderney boss Kevin Gently was happy with his side, adding: "That was possibly the best Alderney Muratti performance we've seen in years."
Jersey, who scored seven goals two years ago and hit eighteen during one semi-final in the previous decade, made a fine start when Crick slotted home after a long clearance from goalkeeper Jimmy Styles.
We created a lot of good chances again

Lucas then made it two with a far post header, but Alderney kept up the pressure on the visitors until Crick made sure of the Jersey win with 15 minutes to go.
But the Alderney crowd, and Jersey boss Jon Walsh, were impressed by the Alderney display, which included several fine performances from some very young players.
"Alderney are always competitive and organised - it's what we expected," Walsh said.
"We created a lot of good chances again, and should have scored four or five quite comfortably. But all in all, I'm delighted with the result and look forward to the visit of Guernsey in May."
Meanwhile Alderney's boss Kevin Gently said: "I'm delighted with the performance. That was possibly the best Alderney Muratti performance we've seen in years.
"With three 16-year-olds on the pitch at the end I couldn't be happier. That's the future of Alderney football."
