Prolific Portuguese Club striker Clife Silva is likely to make his debut in the Muratti semi-final in Alderney.
Jersey boss Jon Welsh has ongoing injury problems with both Chris Andrews and Craig Leitch doubtful.
Silva scored a hat-trick last weekend and Welsh told BBC Jersey: "The chances are he'll get an opportunity and let's hope he keeps on scoring."
Alderney have won only one match in the Muratti, back in 1920, with Jersey expected to win comfortably.
Jersey's biggest win in recent times was an 18-0 rout in 1994 followed by a 10-0 thrashing in 2000, but in 2002, Alderney went down by just one goal in a 2-1 defeat.
The semi-final winners will play Guernsey in the final at Springfield Stadium on 8, May at 1400 GMT.
