The Jersey Football Combination has secured a new sponsorship deal with Dandara, a local construction firm.
The league faced beginning the season without a sponsor after its agreement with Cimandis ended last term.
But Dandara have agreed on a deal with the Combination worth £20,000 for the coming season.
"We are delighted that Dandara have come to the rescue of local grass-roots football," said Combination president Tim Darwin.
"The position had been looking precarious before I was approached recently."
The two parties have also agreed on an option to extend the deal until the end of the 2011 season.

"We continually support local community initiatives and this particular sponsorship really appealed to us as football has the benefit of bringing together a wide cross section of the community," the firm's managing director Martin Clancy said.
"As a major employer, a number of our own staff are involved in the football league and we see this commitment as a great support not only to them, but also to everybody else involved."
The money from the league's main sponsor is distributed to the island's 19 clubs with each getting a slice depending upon their success and disciplinary record.
