The Isle of Man Under-18 side take on Kent on Saturday in the semi-finals of the English FA County Youth Cup.
Kevin Manning's side defeated reigning champions Suffolk 2-1 in the quarter-finals to set up the last four place.
Manning, who also coaches the senior side, said: "Preparations for the game have gone really well and the whole squad is ready for action.
"Kent will be a very well organised but we've got real strength in depth and some quality of our own."
Isle of Man football development officer Jack Walton added: "This is potentially the biggest match a junior Manx side has competed in.
"To beat Suffolk was an incredible achievement but to beat Kent and reach the final would be something very special."
Manning will not announce his starting eleven until the morning of the game.
