Guernsey suffered their first defeat of the ICC European Under-15 Championships as they lost by four wickets against favourites Scotland on Thursday.

Guernsey batted first, scoring a respectable 161 all out in 44.5 overs.

Scotland never looked in trouble as they responsed, eventually passing the required target for the loss of six wickets in 39 overs.

The result leaves Guernsey third in the standings, with Jersey their next opponents on Friday.
