Guernsey yacht Moojo has won the 2010 Carey Olsen Trophy after making the most of favourable conditions on the race between Guernsey and Alderney. The J109 yacht skippered by Roger Martel took advantage of a moderate tailwind and favourable tide to cross the finish line first. Moojo was closely followed by by Dreamtime in second, while third place went to X-Celerator. White Rabbit was the winner of the Melges Class, with Wicked Hare second. Robert MacRae from Carey Olsen said: "Many congratulations to Roger and the crew of Moojo, and to all the boats that took part in the race. "Having almost all the 33 entrants finish the race is a great result and we're very happy that we've been able to support another fantastic day's racing for the Channel Island's sailing community."
