Guernsey's young cricketers have won their first two matches in the ICC European Under-15 Championships, being held in the Netherlands.

The island side beat Denmark by six wickets on Monday, reaching their revised target of 96 in 29.5 overs after rain reduced their innings.

The Sarnians followed that by defeating the hosts by three wickets on Tuesday.

The Netherlands were bowled out for 103 in 36.2 overs and Guernsey reached their target in 38.3 overs.

Guernsey are yet to play Scotland, Jersey and Ireland.
