Guernsey's Marlborough Trust ORs lead the Channel Islands League on 80 points, just four ahead of Optimus. Marlborough, who have won their opening two matches, had an easy nine-wicket win over Aztec Springfield at FB Fields in Jersey on Saturday. The Guernsey pairing of Lee Savident (46) and Tom Magson (30 not out) were hardly troubled as they reached Springfield's paltry 94 all out. The other two Inter-insular matches taking place in Guernsey. Meanwhile Total Cobo defeated Farmers-Caesareans after reaching 223 for six in their 45 overs, Matt Oliver top scored with 87. In reply, Farmers-Caesareans fell 22 runs short scoring 201-7, Peter German made 66. In the other match, it was a seven-wicket win for Rathbones OVs with PKF Wanderers making 160 all out in 41.3 overs before Rathbones reached the target in 27.5 overs, Jonny Gough hit 56.
