Demore lost on points in the Junior ABA's

Guernsey's Gage DeMore lost on points at the National Junior Amateur Boxing Association Championships at Broadplain Bristol on Saturday.

DeMore, who is a current Western Counties Champion, lost his first fight in the national finals to Felix Cash.

Demore's coach Graham Guilbert told the BBC Guernsey: "I thought he was going to win the whole competition but he just wasn't himself.

"He boxed quite well but not good enough to take the honours."
