Hole 4 at Augusta
205 yards, par three

Peter Alliss
By Peter Alliss
BBC TV golf commentator

Hole 4

This is the first of the short holes. It's more than 200 yards long, with a fence and a hedge at the back, which mark the boundary of the course.

There is lots of trouble round and about and a big sloped green.

You are always pleased to get a par at the fourth. If the flag is in a bad place, or you play a loose shot, then you can very easily take a five.
