  • In London, the number of men participating in physical activities mirrors the national average (+0.1%) but there are slightly more active women (+0.6%). There are less adults from black and ethnic minorities exercising but more of those from white origins.
  • Richmond-upon-Thames is the most active borough with 29.8% of people engaged in regular exercise, while Newham is the least active with 14.5%
