Below are the vegetarian dishes from my ‘Weekly Menu Selector’. All of these recipes have been approved by the BDA, and are on the menus of the hospitals I have worked with throughout the years. Not only are they therefore tried and tested with patients, but they have been proven to work within even the tightest of budgets.
