Hugh: Yes, there’s a window seat.

Emma: Ah... great!

Hugh: Fine. And is that all your luggage?

Emma: Yes, I’m afraid it is... I’m afraid.

Hugh: One piece of hand luggage?

Emma: Yeah, just one.

Hugh: And did you pack the bag yourself?

Emma: I did, yes!

Hugh: Great! Here’s your ticket back, and your passport, and there’s your boarding card... leaving gate 15 in twenty-five minutes.

Emma: Sorry, gate what?

Hugh: Gate 15. Boarding in twenty-five minutes.

Emma: Fifteen. OK. Thanks. Bye.
