BuzzFhocail or BuzzWordz, is a memory game for learning or practising Irish vocabulary. It uses audio, images, and text over four levels.
The interface consists of either 6 or 9 squares depending on the level. Each square contains an Irish word from one of 26 word groups, which include professions, feelings, hobbies and the family.
To play the game, the learner must select a level and a word group. The computer then starts the game by selecting a word. The learner should respond by clicking the word the computer selected. The computer will then repeat the first word and select another word. The learner has to copy the word sequence that builds up. If they get the sequence wrong, they lose the game.
