Dedicated entirely to new music in the Birmingham and Black Country areas, BBC WM Introducing airs live each and every Thursday night from 8-10pm.

Join BBC WM's Brett Birks and Louise Brierley as they play their favourite tracks, discuss the latest happenings from the local circuit, preview upcoming gigs and generally talk all things music.

In addition, every week they introduce a local band or singer-songwriter to play live from the BBC WM studios.

Since the launch show on Thursday 16th August 2007, some of the best bands and artists from the local area have played live in session on BBC WM Introducing.

All you need to do is:

• Send us a demo CD of your best tracks along with a written biography telling us about your music
• Include contact details for us to get in touch
• Complete the forms downloadable below that give us permission to use your material on BBC platforms
