Time-related Observation Schedules

Time related observation schedule (Stopwatch and pen and graph)

Time-related Observation Schedules can also be used to identify if physical fitness factors are impacting on performance. These work by analysing a performance over (at least) a full match and look to see if there are any changes in performance over time. For example an increase in unforced errors towards the end of a match or a reduction in off the ball movement (more walking and jogging compared to running and sprinting). Both could suggest poor levels of Cardio Respiratory Endurance.
