Read the passage below, where Josh is describing the different types of technology he uses every day:

Dw i wrth fy modd yn defnyddio technoleg. Dw i'n defnyddio technoleg am bedair awr bod dydd. Dw i'n syrffio'r we ar fy ffôn symudol yn y bore cyn mynd i'r ysgol er mwyn gweld beth sy'n digwydd ar Facebook a Twitter. Wedyn, yn yr ysgol, dw i'n defnyddio'r cyfrifiadur yn fy ngwersi Technoleg Gwybodaeth. Ar ôl ysgol, dw i'n mynd ar y tabled er mwyn siopa ar y we. Write about the different technologies you use on a daily basis and say how many hours you spend using technology. Here is some help:

Dw i'n treulio gormod o amser ar y cyfrifiadur bod dydd. Dylwn i wneud mwy o ymarfer corff yn lle. – I spend too much time on the computer every day. I should do more exercise instead.

Dw i'n treulio tua dwy awr yn chwarae gemau ar y cyfrifiadur bob nos. Dylwn i wneud chwaraeon gyda fy ffrindiau yn lle. – I spend about two hours playing games on the computer every night. I should do sports with my friends instead.
