The 27th annual Reading Community Carnival was greeted with glorious sunshine when it kicked off on bank holiday Monday 31st May 2004.

The 27th annual Reading Community Carnival kicked off another day of colour, sunshine, music and of course lots of superb floats.

After the parade, the crowds enjoyed a sunny day in Prospect Park with stalls, delicious food and live acts.
