Well the dream came true for the Windsor Warriors after Radio Berkshire organised a football match against them on Friday March 26. |

Well the dream came true for the Windsor Warriors after Radio Berkshire organised a football match against them on Friday March 26. Footie hero Adie was cheering the Warriors at the sidelines with none other than 'Marleeeeeeene' Boyce from Only Fools and Horses, played by Sue Holderness and who supports the team. The game, at Radio Berkshire's headqarters in Caversham Park, Reading, was set up after the Warriors were struggling to find other teams to play against.  | | Adie Williams speaking live on BBC Radio Berkshire. |
BBC staff, including presenter Tim Dellor and reporter Sarah Burbedge, stepped in play the Warriors and the match was broadcast on a show hosted by TV and radio presenter Maggie Philbin. East Berkshire College's autistic spectrum coordinator Jenny Illic said it was hard to organise matches because players from the Warriors had problems such as autism. She said: "I'm really grateful to the BBC for organising the game. "Lots of the students are really keen on sport but were often left out of games when they were at school.
