Final result: Moylesy's Radio 1 Boys' team beat Brian McFadden's team
to take the title.

It was a veritable celeb fest down at the Madejski Stadium when Soccer Six came to Reading.

The charity football tournament attracted everyone from 'Lock Stock' actor Nick Moran to the young tykes in Blazin' Squad.

Ralf Little, who looked deathly pale, played with So Solid's Harvey in the Radio 1 team, managed by Chris Moyles.

A stubble-jawed Colin Murray was giving live commentary to co-presenter Edith back in the Radio 1 studio of all the on-pitch action while Vernon Kaye enjoyed the rays and cheered them on.

Newport gangsta-rappin Chavs Goldie Lookin Chain still managed to bling in their sports kits by sporting lovely Elizabeth Duke style jewellery.

Starsailor's James Stelfox looked like a seventies footballer with his long retro hair while Jade Goodie's ex Jeff Brazier wowed us all with his stellar keepie-uppie skills.

BBC Berkshire had to stop themselves from asking James Alexandrou, aka Martin in Eastenders, for a pound of apples.

Jo Guest and a bevy of glamour models were one of the more popular teams to be watched, Michael Greco also had fans clamouring for his autograph.

We spotted the actress who plays Mysti having her hair done by a stylist at the sidelines - it's a footie game love, not a fashion show. Saying that, all the girl bands were caked in make-up and made sure they were wearing sexy shorts.

Dean Gaffney looked very 'summery' with bright blond streaks running through his dark hair, though Bryan McFadden gets first prize for getting rid of his nineties blond spikes and replacing it with a decent barnet.

You can see Bryan and other celebs in our photo gallery.
