Low expected 983 west of Rockall on Saturday evening will deepen and become multi-centred, with primary centre expected 971 west of Bailey and secondary centre expected 977 west of Shannon by midday on Sunday. This low gradually moves eastwards, with primary low centre expected 964 over Hebrides by midday on Monday and secondary centre 992 west of Fitzroy. Primary low then expected 976 over Faeroes by midday on Tuesday, and secondary centre expected 990 over Plymouth. Strong winds in the west on Saturday evening will gradually spread east across the region during Sunday, with gales developing in the west from late Sunday morning, and severe gales at times in the far northwest. Gales easing for most during Monday, but widespread strong winds likely and continue into Tuesday, with a risk of isolated gales continuing in Fitzroy and Biscay at times
