This afternoon will continue predominantly sunny with just a few patches of cloud developing in places.

Skies will be largely clear during the first half of the night. In the early hours, thick low cloud, mist and fog will move in from the south which will be accompanied by light showers close to dawn.

Saturday

Mist and fog patches will lift tomorrow morning but there will remain plenty of cloud and scattered light showers. Longer spells of rain will develop in the afternoon and evening.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday

Mostly cloudy with light rain and some mist and fog patches on Sunday morning. In the afternoon, a few scattered and possibly thundery showers will break out. Monday looks to see a mixture of sunny spells, patchy cloud and scattered showers, some heavy and thundery. A mix of patchy cloud, sunny spells and light showers on Tuesday, though turning drier later.
