This evening will see largely cloudy conditions with a band of showery rain pushing eastward. This will clear in the early hours, leaving it dry with large clear spells. A windy and less chilly night.
Monday
Today will see areas of cloud moving in at times, but staying largely bright for most through the day. The odd shower cannot be ruled out, however. A milder day with easing winds.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday
Tuesday will be dry at first, with cloudy skies. A spell of heavy and persistent rain will move in from the south-west in the afternoon, clearing to the north-east overnight, with some clear spells developing in the early hours. Wednesday will be largely dry and bright with plenty of wintry sunshine. Rain overnight, followed by bright spells, variable cloud and the odd shower.
