Rochele lost 2 stone to reach her goal almost 8 years ago and has been a WeightWatcher leader ever since. Rochele is a working mum with 3 kids. She says, "I love food, so if I can do it, anyone can."

  1. Always keep a tracker or food diary each day of the food you have eaten.


  2. Drink plenty of water - at least 8 glasses per day


  3. Always eat breakfast.


  4. Fill up on plenty of fruit & veg - at least 5 portions per day


  5. Don't expect miracle results. 1 - 2 lbs per week is a healthy weight loss.


  6. Take time to plan.


  7. Get sweaty! Do some exercise, maybe try something new either on your own or with a friend, but make sure it's something that you enjoy.
  8. Avoid people who put you down.


  9. Take time to chew your food properly and enjoy what you are eating.


  10. Don't do it alone. Always stay at the meeting to get the help and encouragement you deserve.
