Finally the perfect excuse to stay in bed! Too little sleep can damage your health and even make you less popular according to a top sleep expert. Dr Neil Stanley has told Revealed... that even one hour less sleep per night than you need can have serious consequences for your health. He says we spend too much time on the internet or watching TV, when we should be tucked up fast asleep. "It's utterly bizarre that the government is spending all these millions on the Change 4life campaign (which focuses on healthy eating and exercise) but one hugely important part has been neglected- sleep."
