Moffett ahead of schedule
WRU chief executive David Moffett
Moffett will take up his post on 2 December
New WRU chief executive David Moffett will start his job on 2 December, a month earlier than anticipated.

The Australian has been given the huge charge of reforming the game in Wales, but he has a salary to match the scale of the job.

Moffett will be paid 200,000 a year, a 30,000 increase from his salary as head of Sport England.

WRU Secretary Dennis Gethin said: "David realises it is a big task, but he is enthusiastic and can't wait to get to grips with everything."
