Fry is the principal sail trimmer in Britain's America's Cup challenge.

It is a role he carried out in Britain's 1999 Admirals Cup team where he also coordinated sail development.

Affectionately known as "Stir-Fry", he has also won the British Match Race title and was a member of the Barlo Plastics Tour Voile victory two years ago.
