Nutter was the man who broke the ceremonial bottle of champagne on the hull of White Lightning.

After the Princess Royal's efforts to christen the boat failed, Nutter stepped in.

The second oldest crew member has plenty of big boat experience, including an America's Cup campaign.

The 43-year-old was a pitman in Britain's 1987 America's Cup campaign and has since crewed in the Admirals Cup and Whitbread Round the World Race.
