Redpath calls for Gloucester spirit
Gloucester Rugby head coach Bryan Redpath has demanded a positive reaction from his team against Glasgow Warriors after a mediocre run of form.
The Cherry and Whites face Warriors on Sunday in the return leg of their Heineken Cup game having lost 33-11 in Scotland last weekend.
"We've got to get a reaction," Redpath told BBC Radio Gloucestershire.
"It's easy for me to say what action I would like. It's what the players turn up and show on Sunday."
Gloucester are currently bottom of pool two, having won only one of their three games so far.
I think we have to realise what we are doing badly.

Their Premiership form has also been under par, losing six out of the 10 games played this season.
"I was disappointed with last Friday, there is no question about that," said Redpath.
"I thought we were poor in a lot of aspects of the game. I didn't think we were efficient enough in what we tried to do and individual hits weren't great."
Gloucester were dominated by Glasgow in the first half of the game as fly-half Dan Parks scored two penalties for the Warriors in the opening five minutes.
Redpath believes that his players must take responsibility for their poor performance.
"I think we have to be accountable for one another in the room. Its not necessarily about me, it's about the players," he said.
"On the day, they go on the pitch, they perform. They do good things, they do bad things. I think we have to realise what we are doing badly."
Redpath says his team must have the drive to improve their cup form.
"It's not about big pictures all the time it's about who we're going to be now, not where we could be in March time."
"We've got to win the game first and if a bonus point is there for us to go for, then I would hate to think that ambition levels are not strong enough to go for that."
