Plymouth Albion failed to end their season on a high after losing 50-32 at 10th-placed Moseley in National One on Wednesday night. Both Albion and Moseley had already secured their places in next season's newly formed Championship. Plymouth were severely depleted due to injuries, with 12 senior players unavailable for the game. Despite the defeat, Plymouth returned from the Midlands with a bonus point for scoring four tries. Scott Ireland and Liam Gibson crossed the line twice each for Albion. Moseley still have to play league matches against London Welsh and Otley, while Plymouth will finish the season in 11th place.
