Rozario aims to keep England spot

Plymouth Albion scrum-half Georgina Rozario says she wants to become first choice for the England team.

The 22-year-old could win her 10th cap as a replacement against Wales in the Six Nations on Saturday, having played half-an-hour against Italy last week.

"I'm still relatively inexperienced and new to the full England squad," she told BBC Radio Devon.

"The more game time and experience I get will inch me to hopefully starting in that nine shirt."

Rosario has played for England in test matches and in the European Championships but only played her first Six nations game against Italy last week.

"It was absolutely brilliant. It was a really special game and the buzz of stepping out in a Six Nations game was brilliant," she said.

England are the three-times Grand Slam winners and Rozario says that despite being the favourites and being unbeaten for so long, the team still focus on one match at a time.

"You have to focus in on the game in hand,. You don't really think about the fact that we haven't lost a game in so many years," she said.
