Rozario could get her first taste of Six Nations action on Saturday |
Plymouth Albion scrum-half Georgina Rosario has been called up to the England team for their opening women's Six Nations match against Italy. The 22-year-old will be on the bench at London Welsh for the England team as they look to repeat last year's 76-6 win over the Italians. It could be the first time she has played at the Six Nations. England are the reigning Six Nations champions and have won the Grand Slam for the past three seasons. "We are the team everyone wants to beat," said head coach Gary Street. "We thrive on pressure. From our perspective, we will treat this campaign no differently to any other season and hopefully our performances on the pitch will do the talking."
