Financially-troubled National League Two strugglers Mounts Bay went down at home to third-placed Cambridge. The Penzance club, who have had to make severe cutbacks, were left reeling as Luke Fielden claimed a hat-trick. A further score from number eight David Archer made it 28-3 to the third-placed side at halfway at the Mennaye Field. Mounts Bay applied a lot of pressure in the second period, camping in the visitors 22 but, remarkably, there was no further scoring after the break.
