Plymouth Albion's National League One trip to London Welsh has been postponed because of a frozen pitch.

It was frustrating for Albion's Chairman of Rugby Graham Dawe, as the game was given the green light on Friday afternoon.

But a severe overnight frost in Richmond left Old Deer Park in an unplayable condition.

Dawe now prepares his players for a difficult National Trophy tie at Doncaster Knights next week.
