Dawidiuk was pleased with the Pirates performance on Sunday

Cornish Pirates hooker Darren Dawidiuk says the squad are happy to get revenge over Coventry after being white-washed by them at the start of the season.

The Pirates won 32-14 at Camborne to avenge the 16-0 defeat they suffered at the start of the season.

"We met up before the game and said we really wanted to put them to the sword because they beat us up at Coventry," Dawidiuk told BBC Radio Cornwall.

"We wanted to get back at them and we did with a six-try display."
