Coach Stirling leaves the Pirates

Cornish Pirates

Coach Chris Stirling has left the Cornish Pirates after completing his seven-week spell with the club.

The New Zealander was brought in at the start of November to try and help the Pirates adapt to rugby's new Experimental Law Variations.

"The Cornish Pirates will be successful because of the passion that is displayed by the players, coaches, support staff," he said.

He returns to Wellington where he will go back to coaching their B squad.
