Holders St Helens have been handed a trip to Championship side Gateshead in the Challenge Cup quarter-finals.
Gateshead, who are the only non-Super League team left in the competition, reached the last eight for the first time by beating Oldham on Saturday.
Hull KR face Warrington live on the BBC on Saturday, 30 May, while Huddersfield meet Castleford, also live on the BBC, the following day.
Wigan, who have won the Cup a record 17 times, will host Salford.
Gateshead coach Steve McCormack, whose first game in charge was the win over Oldham, admitted his club had landed a dream tie.
Cup draw pleases Gardner and Noble
"It's a fantastic draw for us," said the former Widnes and Salford coach. "It couldn't be better, to get the holders at home.
"It gives the players and the club an opportunity to be part of a special occasion."
St Helens, who currently top the Super League table, have already beaten Leeds and Catalans Dragons in this year's competition as they look to win the competition for a fourth straight year.
"It's obviously a very good draw for us," said Saints and England winger Ade Gardner.
"We'll give them bags of respect, but hopefully we'll go there, get the job done and get to the semi. I'm sure they will make it tough for us."
Wigan boss Brian Noble was happy to be drawn at home to Super League rivals Salford.
"We're really excited that we're at home," he said. "All you want is a home tie in that quarter-final - and we've got that.
"But we'll have to be on our game because Salford have been improving week by week in Super League."
