Jersey's record breaking rifle shooters at Bisley

Jersey's rifle shooters put in a brilliant performance to claim silver in the Kolapore Team event at Bisley.

Jersey's team finished with a record score of 1,191 points after excelling on the 300, 500 and 600 yard ranges.

They were only beaten by Great Britain who edged ahead with a final score of 1,196, with the Australian national team in third place.

Jersey's captain David Le Quesne said: "The shooters were very focused today and produced their best form."
