Jersey's Andrew Le Cheminant is tied for first place in the St George's competition at the annual British Open shooting championships. Le Cheminant's score of 75.14 has put him on top of the 1,300-strong field in the St George's, ahead of the second round on Thursday afternoon. The Jerseyman will be joined in round two by 11 of his team, including Bruce Horwood who scored 75.09. Horwood is now 13th on the Grand Aggregate leader board. Guernsey's Peter Jory remains two points clear of the competition at the front of the Grand Aggregate competition at Bisley.
