Bodmin picked up only their second win of the season on Tuesday, beating Lastonet at home to move off the bottom of the Cornish Netball League.

Bodmin narrowly outscored Lastonet by 31 points to 28 to move onto 14 league points from eight games.

The win sees Bodmin climb above Connect who went down 56-33 to St Austell 2 on Monday evening.

Connect are currently on 13 points from 10 games, whilst St Austell 2 stay second, four points behind Hayle.
