Horse Racing season continues in Jersey

Horse racing at Les Landes
There's been racing in Jersey since 1832, and at Les Landes since 1961.

Jersey's horse racing season continues on Sunday afternoon, with the Jersey Guineas set to be held at Les Landes.

Over £12,000 of prize money will be on offer on the day, with four flat races and one hurdle race.

A crowd of up to 3,000 is expected for the meeting, with the first race set to get underway at 1430 BST.

The Jersey Guineas, which follows a course of just over a mile for three year olds and up, is the feature race on the day, and starts at 1540 BST.
