Defending champions Bacchas A got off to a winning start in the Mixed Premier Division with a 4-2 win over Vikings B. Two goals from Jonny Killey gave Vikings B an unexpected first-half lead but Bacchas fought back after the break scoring four times in quick succession. Elsewhere, Vikings A outlined their title credentials thrashing Bacchas B 8-0 to go top of the table. Newly promoted Castletown Celts made a convincing start to their campaign with a 2-0 victory over Ramsey A. In the Peel derby, Valkyrs A beat their B string side 4-0 with two goals from Russell Miller.
