Karl Moore stars as Bacchas A beat B

Hockey

Bacchas A retained their lead at the top of the Men's Premier Division with a 14-1 victory over Bacchas B.

Karl Moore found the net five times for the Tromode side who remain unbeaten this season.

Meanwhile Vikings A remain in title contention with an impressive 12-0 victory over Saracens A, who are yet to win a game this season.

Elsewhere Castletown A returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Vikings B.

In the Women's Premier Division, Vikings A maintained their unbeaten start to the season in the Women's Premier Division with a 10-0 victory over Castletown B. Captain Kim Carney found the net four goals to extend the Douglas-based side's lead at the top of the league.

Valkyrs A kept their title hopes alive with a 13-0 victory over Bacchas B. Andrea Kneen scored an impressive seven goals to keep the Peel side within two points of the league leaders.

Elsewhere Castletown A secured a 4-0 victory over Bacchas A while Ramsey A put three without reply past Valkyrs B.
