Jersey Wheelers secured their first win of the Jersey Disabled Basketball Challenge beating league newcomers JBBA All Stars by 18-6. James Brady scored six baskets for the Wheelers, with the rest of their points coming from Amanda Boschat, Natalie Walker and Aaron Boschat. The All Stars points came from Jas Ward, Jake Michel and Sean Burrell who all netted one basket each. The result sees the Wheelers move second behind leaders CCV Warriors. The next game in the challenge will see Airport Jets play CCV Warriors on Monday, 6 September at Les Quennevais.
