RBC Maples overpowered Airport Jets to secure their first win of the Jersey Disabled Basketball Challenge. Peter Fraine netted two baskets for the Maples, with Jack Frame and Stuart Black scoring one each. The Jets struggled to find their range in front of the basket, and only Shane Garvey managed to find the net. The result sees the Maples move up to second in the table, while the Jets are in fifth, just one point above bottom club Jersey Wheelers. The next game in the Challenge will see JBBA All Stars take on the Jersey Wheelers at Les Quennevais on 19 July.
