CCV Warriors have taken an early lead at the top of the Jersey Disabled Basketball Challenge after narrowly beating Jersey Wheelers on Monday. Lim Ong scored a hat-trick of baskets for the Warriors, with two for Pete Ingram and one apiece for Chris Brewer and Darren Wetheridge. James Brady netted five of the Wheelers baskets, with their other points coming from Eddie and Aaron Boschat. The win puts the Warriors on six points from two games, three ahead of JBBA. The next game in the Challenge is between RBC Maples and the Airport Jets on 12 July at Les Quennevais.
