Paul James will take Wolves to both ends of the country in three days

Worcester Wolves start a hectic five days with a trip to Plymouth on Wednesday (1930 GMT), before going up to Newcastle on Friday.

They then take-on Worthing at home on Sunday, 24 January.

Wolves coach Paul James says he has had many clashes with his counterpart at Plymouth, Gary Stronach.

"His team had a slow start to the season, but all good coaches eventually find a way to get their team going," Stronach told BBC Hereford & Worcester.

"Gary is an excellent coach, one of the best in the BBL. I think we should match-up pretty well with Plymouth.

"They are now a well-balanced team and this has shown in their recent results."
