Hereford United manager John Trewick wants new players

Trewick's side face 14 games in the next two months.

Hereford United manager John Trewick says he is attempting to bring in three or four new players as he looks to bolster his squad.

With two fixtures a week for the next two months, Trewick says he simply does not have enough players.

He told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "I have made a lot of phone calls and a lot of enquiries and will continue to do that.

"We have a lot of midweek games coming up and the squad is not big enough."

The Bulls lost three loan players at the start of the year, Jonny Godsmark, Nathaniel Wedderburn and Jordon Mutch have all returned to their clubs.

"Hopefully in the not too distant future we will have another three or four players in," Trewick added.

"Jamie Tolly and Richard Rose both picked up injuries against Crewe, and there are one or two others with bumps and bruises."
